{"id":4599,"date":"2020-08-06T04:06:03","date_gmt":"2020-08-06T11:06:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.brainfountain.com\/blog\/?p=4599"},"modified":"2024-01-25T00:26:29","modified_gmt":"2024-01-25T08:26:29","slug":"4599-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.brainfountain.com\/blog\/4599-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Featured Artist: The Amazing Linoleum Block Printing of Los Angeles Artist Dave Lefner"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Last Sunday, on &#8220;Museums-Free-For-All Day,&#8221; a lady friend and I decided to visit a museum neither of us had visited before, the Pasadena Museum of California Art (PMCA).<\/p>\n<p>I had the pleasure of discovering the work of Dave Lefner, a brilliant, passionate, down-to-earth, graphic artist who specializes in the medium of &#8220;Reduction Block Printing.&#8221; His work is riveting; it is amazing.<\/p>\n<p>For a long time I too have been a photographer, graphic artist, and an unabashed lover of art.
